Thank you for coming and out and supporting our first anniversary at Fremont Fest this year! This was our second year at Fremont Fest and thanks to all of you, it was very successful. We had visitors all day and it was so nice to see all the new customers and returnees. We really appreciate the support and we hope you enjoyed the celebration as much as we did. If you were not able to make it out, we have a collection of pictures for you to scroll through:
This adorable little girl was trying on some of our sale jewelry. I think she really liked the bracelets.
Notebooks were on sale and these two were doing some back to school shopping. Chevron is always a good choice.
We had a number of items out on display. These were some of our kitchen sale items. How fun are those swordsicle ice trays?
Here are two of our customers looking at some of the lip balms we have on display. These balms are made from beeswax and have a really smooth feel.
We celebrated our first anniversary with some snacks and juice. The mini muffins were a big hit!
This little boy was seeking some relief from the hot sun in our air conditioned store.
Our intern, Kaitlyn, modeling our screen printed canvas totes that were specially made by hand for our first birthday.
We hope you enjoyed Fremont Fest as much as we did! Thank you again for your continuous support. We look forward to seeing you in the store.
Bridge City Mercantile was started by Rachel Robichaud after her lifelong dream became a reality in 2012. Rachel is a Portland native and came up with the name Bridge City Mercantile as a homage to the town where she was born and raised. BCM started as an online store and quickly became a Brick and Mortar location. We are currently located in the heart of SE Division shopping district. Our goal is to provide unique gift items while utilizing all the amazing talent we have in Portland.
